Montessori Credentialed Elementary Guide/ Teacher:
Walnut Farm Montessori School is seeking an AMS or MACTE credentialed Elementary teacher to help grow our Elementary program. This position will collaborate with our current elementary teachers to foster our growing program. We are committed to the work of anti-bias/ anti-racism. This is an amazing opportunity for an enthusiastic educator to serve at an AMS accredited school with experienced Montessori teachers and staff. We have a beautiful 6-acre campus with a large porch and labyrinth right outside our Elementary building, as well as a nature area and outdoor classroom shared with our primary students. We will provide $10,000 to assist with relocation to Northwest Arkansas.
The position is for the 2024-2025 school year and beyond.

- Bachelor’s (Required)
Experience:
- Montessori Elementary: 3 years (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Montessori Certification through AMS, AMI, or MACTE (Required)
Substitute:
Hours will depend on need and substitutes availability.
Duties will include supporting staff and children in environments with children 18 months to elementary age.
- Must be at least 16 years old and comply with the requirements of the State of Arkansas
- Strong work ethic, a sense of humor and passion for respectfully supporting young children.
