WFMS is hiring a credentialed and experienced Montessori Lower Elementary teacher to guide children ages 6 to 9 through a dynamic, child-centered learning journey. The ideal candidate holds a recognized Montessori certification (AMS, AMI, or MACTE) and brings proven experience fostering independence, curiosity, and academic growth in a prepared environment. The successful applicant is confident in leading a classroom with a focus on process, preparation for future learning, partnering with parents, and working collegially with peers.
